We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. You can return or exchange items purchased online by mail or at Toy Chest within 30 days of your order date and with your packing slip. All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available.
For mail-in returns:
- Repack the item in its original box.
- Write "return" at the bottom of the duplicate packing slip provided in your shipment and include it with the items you are returning.
- Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Toy Chest cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our store.

We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount.

Please note: To be accepted, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns must meet these requirements to receive a credit or refund.
